R/SCCM: All things System Center Configuration Manager. You can do 2 things. If it is an application model deployment check for the existence of something that is only available related to the application and create an exit code for success being 259.
I'm attempting to take advantage of the new Autodesk licensing and am going to deploy AutoCAD 2013 to a few staff machines so they can give it a go. I have created a Deployment, imported it as a package in SCCM and am using the command line provided '.AdminImagesetup.exe /W /q /I AdminImageAutoCAD 2013.ini /language en-us' to deploy it to a test distribution group.
It installs fine but it reports back to SCCM with 'Error: 0x103(259). Does anyone know a way to fix it so it reports back correctly?
Thanks!
EDIT: Upon trying to open AutoCAD 2013 as a student, I get 'Error 1325: 'Test' is not a valid short file name.' - Works fine as admin, has anyone encountered this? We are on Mandatory Profiles.
Software Center Error 0x103 259 5
Hi everyone!
Wondering if anyone ever came accross this error? Googling shows that an application exit error and I'm installing a very specific application developed by a small company which I'm unlikely to get support from to deploy it via SCCM. Whereas the deployment installs the application in question I get Failed as a result on the client computer.
Software Center Error 0x103 259 In Word
This is more for the user to rest assured everything work as expected. I don't want to deploy the application to the end users and say for them to ignore the Failed error as it makes me look bad.
Any ideas? Thanks!
